How to Return
Reach out via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day.
We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the device securely in its original box and drop it off at any shipping location.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
