Processing & Delivery Time

All orders ship within 6–8 business days of your order being placed. This window covers the time it takes us to source and verify your specific unit before it ships. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is always free on every VaultDropX order. No minimum order value, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally — join our Drop List to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Tracking & Insurance

Every order is fully tracked and insured during transit. You’ll receive email updates at key stages — when your order is confirmed, when it ships, and when it’s out for delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Packaging

Your device ships inside its original sealed Apple box, protected inside a plain outer shipping box. We don’t use branded packaging on the outside to keep your order discreet.
